请问这种 Cash Card 什么都可以买， 还是不能再用来卖化妆品， 有没有最低消费的限制？ 像The Bay的卡要消费满50才能用， 而且不能卖化妆品？ 谢谢！

请问这种 Cash Card 什么都可以买， 还是不能再用来卖化妆品， 有没有最低消费的限制？ 像The Bay的卡要消费满50才能用， 而且不能卖化妆品？ 谢谢！
