The first sentence means that if you don't have a degree from a Canadian b( _% `! s( Xuniversity, you must apply as an international student, even you have the / `! b0 h" a9 g! ?status of PR. This imply that they will judge you the same as all other ( N6 c( g1 x/ R' N
international students in the admission stage. , i6 F3 p' g4 ]4 k0 Z ) g* \8 u# y* Q0 j# t5 n. A/ q0 x1 uThe second sentence means that even you are considered as an + [( P* L* ]' t3 q0 Linternational student in the admission step, when you get admitted, you $ f/ r! C3 `( @
won't pay the differential fee as international students do.
