刚才收到ualberta大学研究生办公室的信
To apply as a Canadian or Permanent Resident you must have received your degrees from a Canadian university.  However, as a Permanent Resident you will not be assessed the differential fee for tuition.

难道必须要有加拿大大学自己的学位才能够申请研究生吗？

我要上本科就要有加拿大的高中证明
我要上高中就要有加拿大的初中证明
我要上初中就要有加拿大的小学证明

有兄弟姐妹能帮我看看哪有相关的读研究生的政策，我好给这个人再回封信，驳斥他

The first sentence means that if you don't have a degree from a Canadian
  b( _% `! s( Xuniversity, you must apply as an international student, even you have the
/ `! b0 h" a9 g! ?status of PR. This imply that they will judge you the same as all other
international students in the admission stage.

+ [( P* L* ]' t3 q0 Linternational student in the admission step, when you get admitted, you

如果我想申请５月的研究生能来得及吗？

研究生录取一般都是9月份，少数1月份。5月份申请的还没听说过。
申请的截止期一般都是1月底二月初，还是早点申请好，反正人家录取也不
把你的移民身份看得很重。申请材料里面提一下就好了。

- V0 q7 {( t9 G" R8 O0 E+ L$ s我现在可以填移民吗？主要还没有登陆，没有ＳＩＮ号，所以不知道怎么办

人家自始至终都没提说要给你按照国际学生收学费的问题呀,最后一句是说尽管仍然把你按照国际学生来考虑,但是作为PR,将不会收你的differential fee

那如果我以国际学生的身份被录取了，会不会到时候交费的时候要以国际学生的身份交阿，如果不是，怎么运作？

只要你有移民身份，你就和加拿大本地人交的学费一样。
