I added landscaping faric on the top soil after tightening the top soil and then put some rocks on it. # ^" V) j6 Y# m; ~3 t8 \0 }

As long as the top soil or clay underneath run the water away from the house, you are fine; fabric and rocks above are for control of weeds and decoration only.
