Dear Friend,
I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
9 \- a3 z* I* o( @! N) i- Gperson to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
: {/ n9 p0 z3 x(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
! l% K2 r+ {: u2 R" \7 cSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

2 |& ?8 `# [* f9 Q- [# N, C, F: wI live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
% z6 I# H$ M; m: j) j0 Xmonths, so it is still quite clean.

after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
