Dear Friend,
: D6 z* N8 ^+ q* E% G/ RI am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
3 M- T3 B2 x7 V+ jperson to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
Southgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

! {! v& l5 f8 DI live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
' }, b$ B* I( B6 F  k* E& o: ?' x7 }months, so it is still quite clean.

after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
/ h3 n, t6 c6 H: ~lease required.
