person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
8 G7 ?) L! J( o(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
Southgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
& N& X  K6 J9 m, A7 f$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
/ P" y3 T2 k) w! Ebe paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
! G5 R& N. F  j# _: R& v$ z! z2 M! t30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

5 M5 w* Q7 g; s7 ?* _& |' dYou can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
6 k5 k1 g: ^+ L# K6 d2 Acheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
% k& [8 p6 f6 H5 B* ~lease required.
