Dear Friend,
I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
) H6 Z. ]& K1 c& B" e' p$ C% `) ^person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
+ J; Z( i6 l  O. q1 kSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.
+ ?/ m5 q0 a$ p: }9 M# y
I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
7 |9 @6 j! g4 c  g, W7 Z$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
! M4 N* d" L& P( ^1 k, ube paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

$ s+ n  }* V3 j; O) Qcheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
( C2 i$ M& r+ ]" m1 Fafter Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
lease required.
