: l- D) g: B# M; s4 H8 x, o$ M+ yReporting to the Mechanical Engineer, the successful candidate is responsible for providing Mechanical (HVAC) Design guidance and support to the Design Team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
3 Z. }% h# o: h0 f5 |# S# b- O        Working with a team of draftspersons, designers and engineers, prepare drawings, specifications, and bill of materials for projects
        Review, develop and improve processes and procedures
7 s6 a+ s, K7 D# F0 H$ Z        Research and develop efforts to improve product designs and costs
, W" A6 d+ j' _. M1 c        Make sure all information is included on drawings, specifications and drawings requested by the manufacturing group and clients

, m  B9 o* `$ k8 g3 K# g* H* h' uQUALIFICATIONS:
•        Graduate of a technical institute or mechanical trade journeyman
7 x) i- U9 H( L8 |9 _6 c•        Minimum 2 years experience in design/drafting of HVAC systems for    residential or commercial buildings
•        Minimum 5 years experience working as a HVAC journeyman
1 b0 a! m# W+ f9 m•        Experience in HVAC systems commissioning and air balancing is an asset
1 R5 E. F& w, O! K" o•        Understanding of the Bill of Material generation process
•        Understanding of drafting and design specifications for projects
7 ]8 b( h0 `8 R, K' m•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
* `7 F1 [1 N+ D•        Ability to communicate with all levels of management
•        Ability to work independently as well as in a team
