0 _1 q3 @  m2 z0 L( O4 Q% G- {Every full or part time sales clerk is responsible for the proper and efficient
operation of his or her shift, within company policy in such a manner as to ensure
8 c, c% F  G$ k0 T% g+ E) @( xthat the shift contributes to the increased profitability of the store while serving
0 ^4 c& P, G+ X( Bcustomers with exceptional customer service. All sales clerks report directly to
7 M' g1 g+ J- w  x0 Z+ R; t) hthe Store Manager.
/ j6 m% {. \, U! P- v( PDuties and Responsibilities
& h- S, B: a) E2 F* v& pCustomer Service
• Provide all customers with prompt and courteous service
0 N9 |6 U$ ]" N' A4 a$ ]9 E• Assist customers find what they are looking for
% j' J. w" Y1 v8 r3 O• Receive and fill orders for clubs, restaurants, and hotels as required
• Make every effort to find merchandise for customers if an item is not in
( ~5 f2 f& H& M6 P9 T  O) Tstock
5 e  I/ Z2 A; _& b• Screen for intoxication and check identification for any customer who
looks under 25 years of age

• Operate point of sale terminal to make sales and look up products
/ t% W! f2 I- T• Stock shelves in accordance with company merchandising standards
• Assist in receiving and storing merchandise
• Keep the store, stockroom and restrooms clean
! y* Z- v6 S" \  s1 z, V' M* E& W7 }• Help monitor inventory levels – item counts at tills and hourly counts
2 \7 F; C, C5 `• Protect company assets at all times
• Close the store (key holders)
3 S# [4 \7 ~2 `$ {" w' i5 }5 n• Other tasks as assigned by Store or Assistant Manager
5 @5 w' h2 i; _1 v7 A$ VQualifications
# J7 ?( j8 @) z9 U• High School graduate
7 C( _: o" i8 Q: ^* d• Criminal record check.
) u$ p4 a+ ]1 B5 e  U• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
! T2 v* X8 M2 e/ d• Good problem solving skills
- P8 j2 Z5 Y! p$ Y  {! }6 n8 `• Ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and
changes in strategies

• Standing for extended periods of time
