为了让更多有兴趣的朋友和同学，没有上冰经验也行，我们特地每周四开始进行beginner session的活动，专门手把手教你们如何在冰上学习滑冰技巧和打冰球。

; D2 |3 R# k1 f- O0 O  s时间：本周四 晚上9点45－10点45 因为更衣室提前半小时开放，所以请9点15分到更衣室
地点：kinsmen arena "b" （就在heritage  YMCA旁边）
% P# p3 F8 i7 y" U' C" s装备：头盔，和冰刀必须
