为了让更多有兴趣的朋友和同学，没有上冰经验也行，我们特地每周四开始进行beginner session的活动，专门手把手教你们如何在冰上学习滑冰技巧和打冰球。

& p6 S* v% {. n9 J+ M# `2 j" D时间：本周四 晚上9点45－10点45 因为更衣室提前半小时开放，所以请9点15分到更衣室
* i7 B0 b; D6 g0 k; U9 s地点：kinsmen arena "b" （就在heritage  YMCA旁边）
- L, U  L: a4 T/ v装备：头盔，和冰刀必须
: W' ^0 c4 d  o价格：10块钱－15块钱
