7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.! o: n" M$ V; @" @" I
You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight0 Y' o( S; l% @
on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted. : n! v- o* b) U
2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your/ S% ?# T9 T) u$ Y- P* Q
reservation is made (e.g. hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. local park5 j3 {+ J4 g( @4 r
time – for a reservation made in Pacific Rim National Park Reserve in British Columbia,- ~# ?$ R/ K& R9 o* L
this is 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time but for a reservation made in Fundy National

arrival at the park.
, e6 q i0 A2 g. M+ p+ S' W5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of6 u, i9 @+ |: A
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
. T6 z$ S3 ^- U& r( G. Q3 `# `0 i a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same0 \# [, l4 L. [2 f( E$ R' S& Q
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.7 d4 {) n' x& {6 L {) U0 m
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on7 G; U* T. T$ U$ e n1 D. ?$ p
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of
# v6 g0 [- V9 d' b m, N7 N' K" e campsite; and the service type.
, n3 [3 J2 i# g$ ]7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously
' J1 T6 N# v+ m+ U+ O: C! U' T: M& U confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.) n% D+ J, ^8 h" ?2 `9 [
These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the

9. Certified cheques and international money orders: Certified cheques and international* a2 s! ]1 X. o! X& ]- @+ t4 R
money orders are only accepted over the telephone; reservations using these forms of
' O! M- }2 r, g& T) W$ T3 B" D payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations
v: q. j2 F' w, ^. B2 A8 h$ w will not be confirmed until the payment is received and processed.
- W4 c6 Y: K8 h2 K. @; b5 N6 ^ All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at
! m- w H2 j* X+ F' Q m least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received+ d3 A Y4 d' R+ j$ \0 ~2 ^4 v
for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.2 v# i5 z Z6 x9 b( i
$ u5 k0 f# \6 M1 O6 O. d7 }/ y We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your
+ z e1 H" o& z; }* Y; p7 i8 `# w6 @! {& | certified cheque or international money order payment has been received and processed.

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed. s' _) h9 y7 {- V8 v

) S p. V) f( \/ ^9 w It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to1 {6 J, k: y# V6 G y
the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you

F3 o S9 \8 B( B7 I0 k" Z* |0 y' n For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address
$ f1 Y4 S) ?+ F6 d to receive an electronic confirmation, and/or you may want to write down the confirmation# ]- }" T: `8 b4 e" C6 J
number when you receive it verbally from the Customer Service Associate.

electronic copy of your confirmation. You can also print out the confirmation screen,

Changes and cancellations before check-in

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You' t# `, F1 h# S" o4 H4 e) b# K5 `
will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you
3 _+ [" R3 T! G8 c( Y8 A2 f9 L check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
7 P: R. L+ J3 c7 Y1 q - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
- ~- x, h1 _7 m. ^$ `9 v4 C" ?8 Q you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your8 L D6 U: j+ z0 q& e; ~4 g9 k$ T, A. S K
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,3 o. i" Y, X, u7 J
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction." \. x" E. _$ F* y0 j& ~- q
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before6 ]' b1 \( j# p8 m
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night$ X; ^6 e+ U' F1 r1 H, r+ u
of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original

cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.

3 G0 u9 Y! G: i13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to

guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change
( K+ I% g6 Q: F( _" i8 X is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the

14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving J( y1 v3 x' ~* ^ _8 L
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground+ C! B2 j/ G) O$ b, Q0 i
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee* L3 Z( f! \0 z. M
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please* X- x7 _7 r+ {+ P2 A9 @
notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.
) x _1 o7 J$ s$ l; q7 _( v) W This will give other campers an opportunity to enjoy the park.

expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground7 h6 u; P' S7 ?! g1 J, ]# j
on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact
% _* b S* p7 V% U* E" r the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,/ k0 }- \* w& G3 N; l w ?
call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).
1 O% p$ r+ |; `5 J; K3 ?/ q! M16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
S7 k3 [# U' ]! ] {9 J7 d If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your+ F+ n) i4 M9 H L2 p+ s
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two) J$ Y1 _* G2 @5 q" P
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see& S. H5 Y) |0 N3 R4 N, s
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your % P _' @+ Q9 W1 k! Q6 t
scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of9 l) t& ]9 G! N" m5 ?/ B' q% M" L4 N
your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite s) _( h, v& u2 _; |5 [6 t
will be made available to other campers.1 S1 P8 A; v- p) W) z. M

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees' t- u- \9 k C) L
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,5 b% Y1 z, R2 b* U3 t9 F$ k O
reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days" w2 o1 i: V# V5 | T1 _
of your originally scheduled departure date.

Thirty days after your originally scheduled departure date your camping fees become
