7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.

2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your

3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are

. A+ }5 w3 x6 t$ d7 C4 S& g4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your
, a( b( k! ^1 v" v6 g1 | national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon

: g- ~1 c1 Y* [# W3 C# I: A5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of: h0 q! h( p3 N: H* e7 C: l
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
, F/ p3 M: f7 e* v a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same; E* n+ X: J+ Y! H" D
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.

7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously# N& S9 C9 V; C- Q" X* q
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

money orders are only accepted over the telephone; reservations using these forms of

least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received

We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your

the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you

For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address0 q( x& [1 ]$ A0 ?

number when you receive it verbally from the Customer Service Associate.

For reservations made on-line, you should enter your email address to receive an

on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within. C+ Q9 \5 N" c, Y. H( C0 B
the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online
+ S3 e6 x+ y2 c ^, e4 j or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.
. e2 K/ z N Q/ w u/ Z12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You4 C0 g, s. C* M! }6 b7 \
will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you) i' i& B3 h$ v# }- K( S L: b9 }
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:- ~- _ w! v" P* B" Z p+ v
- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,( j- D3 V7 C6 S
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
' Z3 @9 K8 |" I reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,6 r# F7 s4 m3 `
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.& O# O% A) ^% Q' N
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
1 }. `2 w2 V1 B1 e% l2 ^ 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night
+ _" m" h- S% s, T# R6 L1 O of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original7 S$ h& G% k& }9 c
$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a1 d) u/ y W% k
cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.5 S! \& j7 s2 B+ d1 [

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to
& g/ c% X( x5 v& _1 R3 x your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be! n2 t( }8 T e& |- r# I0 e! o
guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change
$ e% v4 t G1 F is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the I: u, |' s! E
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80/ y% @+ k6 t0 o2 s
change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.6 z+ o* [. {7 l* r% s
14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving6 L2 L" v, g5 `' \
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground
# b$ K7 i# W/ p; ] prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee
" j6 X2 K1 v5 z% ]/ V will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please- l# i% i6 i- H
notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.0 ^6 M5 X9 Z$ T+ `1 O
This will give other campers an opportunity to enjoy the park.

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the

: b3 t0 [7 ^3 l) ^2 } on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact
! J/ M0 Y7 w2 b/ U; C9 Z( n the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,! D2 m& k0 w( p: J) ^) T
call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).
3 _( n& A* w( c1 S6 l+ i+ O2 r& l16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
$ s* m" D) q4 o; }7 f5 c8 V If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your7 Z+ m1 j8 }( B, y+ |$ A3 Y/ C/ e
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two8 r: F% e5 Y; B. Y- U) ?
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see

reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days
