By using the Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service, you are agreeing to the following

1. Availability of the reservation service: The Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service , {% }+ s! R+ P# G
is available to all campers by telephone at 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783) between" X o( Q# J" ]+ L
7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.- u, j3 c5 ^5 q
You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight0 C9 }$ s5 H0 J7 H
on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted. 3 r' J! W$ E/ a' Y U* m$ i
2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your; r1 i1 Y; s# p- m6 [, W' {
reservation is made (e.g. hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. local park

3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are7 Z( M w. G3 v# `+ g+ a) V
due when you make your reservation.
9 x0 M+ b. }* H+ U8 P4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your6 F1 R: J0 i- a( l
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon d; i8 G7 Z1 z$ ?2 \
arrival at the park.9 M" u; j0 }. F$ k# h, _3 ?
5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
4 f, F L- `1 w w: @2 ~7 W the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as9 l& e& X, l y- B
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same- O# \! K* r6 o$ g; b
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
9 H( |* Y j. p. ]1 ^; \: M6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
0 u7 z6 V8 x. U7 q# X. G a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of$ E# Z A* z9 N+ m& W
campsite; and the service type.
2 P/ G; d+ W/ L8 i* j/ ]% {7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously4 w9 N) S; J$ d b
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

money orders are only accepted over the telephone; reservations using these forms of0 @( t0 y% u3 Q0 B
payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at6 g, o% {% z7 Z2 V b0 E/ T) C4 _
least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received

We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your V7 G9 Q2 m. Z; U) w

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed% K& y) s' t$ @* i
reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation number, your reservation is not complete.

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to0 ^. T% d4 c& [7 R6 N0 ], _

Changes and cancellations before check-in

on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You

check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
7 O" o* _2 U( x: A - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
' r2 s) M' Y- W( h! r you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your& r5 r3 W! e0 |2 Q4 w4 A* {7 y
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,9 @" m7 A9 ? k& [
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.9 O) k5 |2 F$ f: U
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
6 C2 j9 p3 K& @( I0 b' y& a1 \ 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night
& n* I5 x, W/ H4 @5 \1 b# c% A" q. z of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original- e% _( U( G+ G" Z, r
$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a

Changes and cancellations after check-in

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to

: [% L* P! C8 W" e; L5 p% z7 c guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change
2 [2 ~$ w. O$ Q$ l/ t is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the
9 |. a4 {! e7 }* C9 y# j. P( G7 v services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80) d/ o3 W) m4 ^

14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
( g9 Q* D# A W! ^ earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground$ y% P! N# G: M8 |+ ?2 X
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee
" I% g8 t/ I& u9 K7 h* N1 j will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please7 g# e" o6 z8 `* X( Q$ V# S
notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the

0 d: ~+ J2 x2 W7 |16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
9 D, Z% [4 W+ }( i If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
9 N& K0 j. N7 O9 J( f8 }% N expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
8 U c2 V: D) G3 A3 y- N nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see

scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
% ?, u: M2 h; X9 V! @0 |' Z your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."5 X- d* ~6 Y k( U

When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite3 j- \( b: f% E& N
will be made available to other campers.

0 y; \4 O$ b+ u3 E+ a0 o If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees4 x2 ?7 N/ R. Y
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,
