1. Availability of the reservation service: The Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service

3 o% L' p/ _* c! h3 L0 b0 w 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.
p' P+ E4 y) A- S You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight
5 d8 s) \! c! Z" X) C, a3 R on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted. ( z" q% f9 T' o* }
2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your
6 k9 X7 \% |3 y' t$ N2 y5 Z reservation is made (e.g. hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. local park
4 d( W: P' U, v5 v* m time – for a reservation made in Pacific Rim National Park Reserve in British Columbia,

' v* e7 j% _" u5 m' X9 }4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your* F+ N" W) M/ D3 y b6 M8 s
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon4 E- g. v+ N9 x0 [+ l8 N

5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of0 e( Z u+ w: U9 r! y0 U2 N7 I; D
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as {/ E8 Z3 X4 B
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same7 M* k" w0 s, [& J$ C- B
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80./ @* d2 X5 b1 t% H
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
/ e9 a% f ~ Z* q a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of
7 x/ h) v! |( p campsite; and the service type. 0 S$ D/ ?( R. |$ C/ u2 {5 q+ q
7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously0 R: ~+ Y7 m$ S7 Z. a# F2 u3 L
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.% y) L4 Z+ S1 ?& l/ W% f5 P
These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the0 L) c, \- U2 {* E

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at

number when you receive it verbally from the Customer Service Associate.

or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.

will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you

you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
0 H: K" M3 P* |9 a6 M* O( _ reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,7 i( g9 @: p" D, A6 ^6 F
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.
8 D2 S- m! E' U - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before2 k4 E% O: }" y( x9 c
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night
6 ~: V1 i0 s2 Z; |) i of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original+ m; ^& C2 ~8 [
$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a

0 A" S) X# K/ B- D13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to

guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change/ J) \% ?. p8 u7 ~
is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the& _" T6 I: y, S" u
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
/ j5 F6 o; \" @% k# f( O' W& r7 A change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
5 F5 C- i9 h# A14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving0 P! p! j$ Q9 i( W7 X2 [5 V
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground5 r; G C1 d( B: n2 Z) ^
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee
# o8 \3 `2 Y. G will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please
3 r9 U" F+ N/ R( k notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.& |9 j: q" M. W+ w
This will give other campers an opportunity to enjoy the park.

Late Arrivals

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the: J- ]( r" l8 C' r8 r
expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground: ^8 Y2 ^4 ~% v2 S
on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact& {" A& _6 @2 C/ A
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,: M4 n9 v- O5 q

16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:

expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two, m7 d% }/ _- E* G1 |
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see* r8 q- k2 \5 @. O0 l4 d+ ` ?
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

& p- ~3 r' {* ~$ v6 N2 X; A When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite9 q( h) X; Z7 A5 j: j& v! X! L

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees3 i, \ A3 \8 \) Q
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,
