夏天来了，选sunscreen注意事项

昨天再电视上看到讲如何选择sunscreen？觉得很实用
1 I+ T' ?) K9 n' _! j+ i大概的意思就是 spf指数不是最重要的，30就好了，可以cover 96%，大于30以后的功效也就增加1%－2%。
最主要的还是看是否uva/uvb都防，这个很重要，因为uva , uvb都会对皮肤造成伤害。SPF指数只是方UVB的但是防UVA也很重要。所有要看说明。
另外就是用量，专家指出平常大家的用量也只用了1/4，所以远远不够，而且用量不够跟不用区别不是很大。所以大家一定要在用量上加筹码。我看示范用了一勺子也才一个胳膊。弄了白白的一层，等他们自然吸收。

正是如此. 防晒霜里的有害成分伤及到海洋生命的后果是出乎我们意料的副作用,人们在水上休闲时更会大量,反复的涂抹.所以在关心我们自身的健康时也请大家关注一下对环境的危害. 选择 BIO-DEGRADABLE的防晒霜也相当重要.
