GFCIs and wall plugs are on a seperate circuit and are working good.

Wiring rarely goes wrong, I believe. That is why you don't think it is a wiring problem.6 T5 r- y2 w0 ^+ c5 E& A

Jacuzzi is also not working. On the electric pannel, the breaker marked Jacuzzi/Ensuite is ON and it has a 120 voltage between hot and neutral. I believe the breaker is working. Actually, no breaker breaks off on the pannel. They are all on ON position.
