* 2 big halibut steaks( V& m. r- Q4 N4 I' S) g! P
* 2 tbsp olive oil7 e. D3 k5 \) U1 ^; t" ~
* 1 tbsp butter
4 ~/ X' r2 m( D. B4 D$ a0 l1 w * 2 cups sliced chanterelle mushrooms

* 1 lemon, juiced

Slice the chanterelle mushrooms into nice big and thick slices. Add 2 tbsp olive oil in a saute pan over medium heat. Add the mushroom slices and a pinch of salt in the pan. Give it a stir. Cook for 10 minutes or until the mushroom slices are lightly browned. 0 U- P7 @, J4 k3 o( s

Step 2
2 v4 |# y, x" |7 r" A7 TAdd 1 cup fresh corn kernels,
4 C3 x" r4 ~* ?; C& O; Y7 F& kand 1/3 cup diced roasted red pepper or 1/2 red bell pepper, and 1/2 cup water in the pan. Bring it to a simmer, and simmer for 5 minutes. Add 1 tbsp butter and the juice of 1 lemon. Give it a mix. Turn the heat to low.

2 }( G9 @) k0 hSeason the 2 big halibut steaks with salt and pepper. Grill for 4 minutes per side.* t6 Z: S% ]" }2 t, ]

Step 4
8 z4 F1 A7 X" DTransfer the mushroom and corn mixture to a serving plate. Spoon over the sauce. Add 1 tbsp minced fresh tarragon.
