报名需要信息
name，email，telephone number，是否UA student或staff， alumni（不是学生需要交membership fee，好像是$12）， onecard number？

0 P  X. C# Y7 R3 \男子三对三排球，报名时间9月10日，需至少3名male player，报名费$20每队。
( K: V7 Q7 Z( C" K5 X8 {比赛时间9月20-10月20日，每周一和周三晚上，共四周。

Levels:
6 ^" d$ f: R" e8 f8 gRecreational:  These teams are composed of players with no prior competitive volleyball experience.
" T. z- n# z) C0 _6 ySemi-Competitive:  These teams will have a mixture of skill levels on their team.  It is intended for teams composed of  a mixture of skill levels or with players who play pick-up on a regular basis or who may have played in high school.
' l7 o0 ]& j3 ^  N. R0 B+ O9 HCompetitive:  For teams with players who played on their high school squad or who still currently play on a team (ie. City league, etc.)

男女混合排球，报名时间10月5日，需至少男女各3人，报名费$70每队。
比赛时间10月20-12月8日，每周一至四某个晚上，报名时需要选周几固定下来。
