# z* o! N) }- J7 E6 ]Understanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role
8 Y4 \% U5 ^6 Y9 ^ S/ p* h1 a( gExperience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants 4 c9 c! n* E; K4 z
Excellent communication and negotiation skills ' B" b# s; F7 f+ n+ ]
Experience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
