Understanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role ' |1 M, ?6 k3 c" L$ ]: g% h4 v/ R4 F/ h
Experience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants " Z- q5 X- o% p/ X/ N4 ^4 l- s- e
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
7 \" k- Y2 k+ G7 x! RExperience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
