Post-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields
1 n) ~% d/ u: L: TUnderstanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role
* V3 R, ` v9 yExperience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants + j3 r- A8 v, e; B) G1 {4 E" f
Excellent communication and negotiation skills 3 h: a2 F, @' S# D1 ^# \3 [; H# `
Experience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
