Understanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role
. ~: O3 q, o3 k! Z+ [4 NExperience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants & t1 s7 v) z: z# o' L! w
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
7 K% M7 N$ m( d! ~Experience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments ( X& U- b* m- S' P( m2 t+ ^- D1 K l
Current knowledge of greater Edmonton labour market% r4 i# x$ N1 T0 P% p1 B
