  p8 C5 C6 Z, u) jOur Employment/Career Counselors provide professional support and assistance to our customers as they work towards meeting their employment needs. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields
) B$ z& O- z% s8 S3 q) L' EUnderstanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role
1 T7 r6 Z- T3 V( d0 C% j* QExperience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
/ \7 m+ G; Z* }; ~* NExcellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
. o  x; Z% w9 \" e7 h  e! ]2 B5 A" BCurrent knowledge of greater Edmonton labour market
