Understanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role 3 o o# g+ j5 _7 t0 u. {
Experience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants e9 T9 P' B4 M) p3 o9 ^7 a. f
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
