Our Employment/Career Counselors provide professional support and assistance to our customers as they work towards meeting their employment needs. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
* K' M3 u7 R$ y9 y% {9 U% HPost-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields
9 e! d# t+ ^# sUnderstanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role
) W. m- r6 s3 w% D9 G& N/ BExperience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
! m }; K' h& [4 O1 DExcellent communication and negotiation skills " X: O& @: z* c9 J x
Experience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
