+ u3 [( E) Y" O* X' qOur Employment/Career Counselors provide professional support and assistance to our customers as they work towards meeting their employment needs. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
! F* U6 h! c5 V7 W- B7 KPost-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields
Understanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role
Experience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
$ Q: @4 C% H1 r! d5 xExperience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
Current knowledge of greater Edmonton labour market
