Post-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields
# N4 \ W$ ~' I; k0 i6 _) Q5 ?Understanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role
4 D: e( @; d( k8 t& |. GExperience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
5 N* v/ _2 B* M* }+ Y" E$ Q* ?8 aExcellent communication and negotiation skills . @5 O4 f6 k N+ a: v, [# f
Experience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments 0 J2 f6 I i1 j- n7 r: x) h
