. o2 K0 s( I/ h9 h! nOur Employment/Career Counselors provide professional support and assistance to our customers as they work towards meeting their employment needs. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
+ G; D$ K; g" }' x; k7 n* |Post-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields
/ w8 C' k0 J: V8 z/ ?: x& y2 }Understanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role
Experience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
/ J3 \; Z- f+ d: w1 EExcellent communication and negotiation skills
/ |: H; F3 C' T' g* L# m5 L/ fExperience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
8 ~5 J+ f: R: t7 \$ ICurrent knowledge of greater Edmonton labour market
