. U% u' n! }  F, k! qOur Employment/Career Counselors provide professional support and assistance to our customers as they work towards meeting their employment needs. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields
& v  J: p  s" YUnderstanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role
Experience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
5 Z5 j9 C/ c' I3 oExperience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
' C% y+ ~' ]0 U) sCurrent knowledge of greater Edmonton labour market
