6 P6 @% c& i9 s) |3 wPost-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields
! B! i- S6 ?% s/ ], n/ XUnderstanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role
! T6 n0 R0 {, ^Experience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
5 t- H+ Y3 b+ C( HExcellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
( ?" a+ h/ p: iCurrent knowledge of greater Edmonton labour market
