Post-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields 0 A$ a" f, M' y, p3 C, h& C
Understanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role ' C. c% k) h1 ?0 B- _
Experience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
! G& _' y8 h: X/ c6 EExcellent communication and negotiation skills 3 H- Y6 M$ n" p; A0 @" s6 z
Experience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
