Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
" B$ ^6 X& P, x, _, o. n3 ?Adult education background
Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
! H! c/ b3 \$ [. y- c6 `" E# nAbility to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
! }+ v2 u: G* M; ~Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
5 k1 [2 Q- V1 pComputer proficiency
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
, E2 x8 `! J6 U( UDemonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
Display positive self-concept
) }/ t) u1 i" O& r" Y) RPossess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
