Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
& E8 m. R$ C( t: E' i1 f4 F8 `1 j; yAdult education background
Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
1 n6 @, l+ ], R8 o' G' _1 `Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
% G+ [  P5 k, A# l+ m  [2 dExperience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
2 l, `3 o# H" D$ y3 h: @Computer proficiency
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
6 Q# W9 v! X0 b* E* p4 }* WUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
6 `) S# i  z# y) fDemonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
Display positive self-concept
