Am I right to send a car to driver with no #5 license?

I am totally confused.  When I drove the car over to show the buyer, I was supprised to see three youngsters. After we test drove the car and went through all necessary checkings and told them what is needed for coming attention. The youngsters does not even have a driver license. I am afraid the kids will drive the car. They even objected that I will tidy up the car and bring it in tomorrow so they can sleep over it. They can decide after they talk with insurance company. I took the plate out and left them the car in their parking spot WITH KEYS. Am I right? I love to sell a good car to Chinese but I don't want to ruin their future.

I think you are fine now since you didn't sign the paper.

I am not sure either whether you can sell a car to the person without driver license.

Yeah, I am sure you can. I bought my car from local car dealership without any driver license, but I did have to borrow my buddy's license to get insurance and plate.

He is 18 years old youngster from Beijing. But it was a scary experiment testing drive with them.

I offer today to buy the car back from him. I am sure he watch this site too. My co-workers want to buy it but I told my colleague  they can afford better cars. That what I would fall back on.
% g& C+ X7 I/ t% W* e! yThen I offer to let him park the car on my driveway for a week  and my insurance will cover it until he can get proper insurance and mechanical check.
Now it is his call.
