Job Duties / Responsibilities& |' q" U+ j" T: a. @( j* f
• Familiarize with the assigned process units1 Q9 U+ }2 G3 y' ?6 H
• Support the process engineer/contact engineer in the process monitoring of the assigned unit.
S& l, C6 U# B4 }3 G• Reconcile unit material balance, energy consumption, utility consumption, chemical consumptions, yield etc.
! {+ \7 x8 a6 D2 e• Assist with incident investigations by way of data gathering, determining sequence of events etc.
. r( z1 {6 Z- n9 q$ s/ A• Publish daily/weekly/monthly performance reports on selected areas of plant operation& N0 k. O6 G O" _, @* B0 L
• Use simulation tools to simulate existing process operations.% C& r- z, e+ c2 ?
• Undertake different jobs assigned time to time by process/contact engineers
