•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  i; U) Q2 O" m8 g$ m8 w, U•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
4 Z. z. w; u( W. v•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
•        Serve food and beverages
•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
2 a  c, T8 \/ b+ t" S•        Banquet room set up/tear down
•        Cleaning of work area
6 Q. E! B( F5 Y0 e1 h•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
+ K3 b# }$ ?# F% f  G& C1 Y•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards
•        Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Employment requirements
•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively
•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
•        Strong interpersonal skills
•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
•        Ability to work shift work including evenings and weekends
