•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
: a* w% Y8 @( N& o•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
- m' |* b% C1 ?- N5 \•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
( s" F- |$ H8 D8 y5 t6 A! ^" Q4 k•        Serve food and beverages
•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
•        Banquet room set up/tear down
% w) V/ }- t2 P: K/ F& H; ?3 }( F; C•        Cleaning of work area
•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards

•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required

•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
•        Ability to work shift work including evenings and weekends
