Job Description
# [3 ?, o1 ^$ B, d1 T•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
7 b/ b; D" h2 {1 \! o3 N0 U' `7 T6 P•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
4 J( t- g. F5 x( ~& F* E  u•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
3 O7 P* I" r# i) a! I( i! K•        Serve food and beverages
•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
•        Banquet room set up/tear down
•        Cleaning of work area
•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards

Employment requirements
0 V. S. _7 f. C" X% b•        Completion of secondary school is required
( z, s, [+ i. `; I! L, @. G4 Q•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively
•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
7 e, m" i' ]* K( b•        Strong interpersonal skills
•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
•        Ability to work shift work including evenings and weekends
