Job Description
9 Q& S8 N! B% k•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
- l, h& U! v% {6 d! T0 H  w•        Serve food and beverages
, g; v& C; q8 `4 i7 y/ B* F•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
•        Banquet room set up/tear down
•        Cleaning of work area
! F" N0 R* f7 ^8 X1 F•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
8 q9 t8 L$ q' P" C. j! u+ v•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards

5 Q3 S0 w8 k8 Q1 zEmployment requirements
•        Completion of secondary school is required
" Q3 l. V' s2 n! V" \6 {•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively
/ R; l5 L4 K& \# g* V* l* |- x5 j6 T•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
•        Strong interpersonal skills
/ n9 Y9 `3 o; Z# O, q# Q# K. a•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
•        Ability to work shift work including evenings and weekends
