- Checking guests in/out
* U! T& `! z& \0 u1 T- Answering guest inquiries regarding hotel services
8 @9 o. p) L- |5 h2 P- Provide information about services available in the community and respond to guests' complaints ! |) ~, i6 M: S+ O8 S" ^3 M- d9 l" p
- Answering telephone calls and handling/ balancing cash ! K4 g k( ]" g% P* U) _
- Balance credit card machine % o; B. Y- I( a8 M' `2 q/ n+ h
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments * w( B& z9 O6 M7 O; f
- Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computerized or manual systems ) q) p$ r3 d" E
- Present statements of charges to departing guests and receive payment
) A4 M& |" v1 \/ d9 X- Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and Safety Standards . Q% f7 W1 l+ \
- Perform other duties as assigned by Assistant Managers

- Completion of High School1 y2 S. h- [5 S1 I3 x
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills $ h3 l! i" Y0 B3 y! d1 N) C
- Good computer skills
