& S7 c$ t/ S" ]6 qTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
, }' B3 Z  n2 D3 I& mhand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
( A! @: ^; |+ ?; U1 S+ `Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
7 N5 o+ i  H$ {) D8 }+ nin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
7 r9 X1 B, l. Q/ jare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
% A- e4 |8 v8 n1 |accountable to the project coordinator.

The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
  \, ^8 ~+ A$ ?% ddesirable.

18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
6 I% k1 E* U9 B9 YKeen ability to organize and lead
Regular attendance at meetings  
4 p! U; ]% ]- XRelate well with other youth and adults
Willing to be mentored and trained

Salary  
8 J* f. t$ a) W3 L8 q7 l$15 per hour plus benefits
