Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
3 c" M8 N7 X$ i' F4 B- E- kservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
their development.

- `2 T! D2 D& ATagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
! i: t: v" M; y. dEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
1 o2 n) o8 }5 jyouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
5 w  L# N( L5 L" }. S: N: iin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
$ ?9 |: x* Q1 D3 p* hare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
1 ^% g; V7 c* @4 d2 l  u) h9 ~balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
accountable to the project coordinator.

The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
3 N. E3 b9 R  K' Q5 {schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is

18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
Keen ability to organize and lead
Regular attendance at meetings  
Relate well with other youth and adults
