Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
8 I/ `: z! M& I" V' c1 Y! x0 yservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first - Y- C: H% K: u
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth , |8 G# L, Z( l0 r: G
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a 6 z! m1 e) N! f# f- S
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
1 G) d7 G! t8 |6 M+ k" Pin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You 9 y1 F7 \! Q$ z7 E6 r# o$ R2 C$ d( U
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
- C/ ~" y$ t$ [! Kbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
2 }! W" z! h8 H* d3 I/ zaccountable to the project coordinator. V8 y$ s8 W) L; J
. g5 T, P8 g7 y6 RThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own 7 q, q V# L) B1 g ~; t) \- e- L
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
! }5 T3 q% B2 h" cdesirable.

Qualifications / o7 S" Q$ H& l; Y
18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills 5 |% C: w7 I- L! P1 K
Keen ability to organize and lead
4 I: \$ c# L. Y+ ?1 j1 O+ @: CRegular attendance at meetings ; k c$ l. a- \& M) W3 L) |; U# @
Relate well with other youth and adults
