Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
8 I/ `: z! M& I" V' c1 Y! x0 yservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
# v6 ]* M# ^2 _9 x& m% \1 Ktheir development.

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
1 G) d7 G! t8 |6 M+ k" Pin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
- C/ ~" y$ t$ [! Kbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
2 }! W" z! h8 H* d3 I/ zaccountable to the project coordinator.

. g5 T, P8 g7 y6 RThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
! }5 T3 q% B2 h" cdesirable.

Qualifications  
18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
Keen ability to organize and lead
4 I: \$ c# L. Y+ ?1 j1 O+ @: CRegular attendance at meetings  
Relate well with other youth and adults
+ v8 C" J# m* n' b* u- B$ l9 e  y% bWilling to be mentored and trained

$15 per hour plus benefits
