Accounts Payable Clerk (Lysander)
Harmony Airways is currently seeking applicants for the position of Accounts Payable Clerk to complement our existing team.  The successful applicant will be responsible for:
•        All aspects of the accounts payable function ensuring compliance with corporate policy;
•        Invoice coding, review and purchase order matching;
•        Weekly cheque run;
•        Vendor maintenance;
•        Supplier statement reconciliations;
1 G5 x2 }$ W: Q" U•        Reconciliation of payable related general ledger accounts;
% w8 k5 `! E2 O  w•        Communicate with suppliers on discrepancies and errors;
& m  Q0 n( v* e2 I4 O* Y1 e•        Prepare month end accruals;
, Q) c1 O/ b9 J9 V•        Process corporate credit card charges;
•        Audit and process employee expense claims;
•        Process wire transfer payments;
3 ~0 G% P4 F( W: j/ k•        Additional accounting duties as required.

8 ?+ k6 |# q& DThe successful candidate should have the following skills:

8 N+ ]: f  l! K•        Minimum 3 - 5 years accounting experience;
& i3 L) k+ L% H" b8 F; w
$ h# i: f) `8 i. v9 C0 E•        Ability to be an energetic team player with the confidence to work independently with minimum supervision;

9 @! c1 m+ g( ]1 z•        Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task;

•        Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, specifically Excel;

9 P! f/ x! [1 Q  C! |" J- P•        ACCPAC experience is preferred but not essential;

5 s$ I) r$ d, h! V# Y•        Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity;

•        Completion of 2 or 3 level CGA or equivalent.
