The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre. 3 N- Y5 h) x1 @! _9 N5 l

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team./ k& @& z4 | I/ k+ C# ~

• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required

Administration:
, {6 [* P4 L) b/ R! b f• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads
0 L. ]4 K# K9 |• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits: x5 o6 Z0 S: T, w4 _) w
• Input and manage high volume of data: ?2 J+ B; u$ |% Y* ^
• Update and maintain databases7 T' O% Z$ N8 B7 z* o9 z3 a
• Generate monthly reports and statistics- e0 [7 H+ j1 \8 n1 d6 k
• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation8 w- T% V! f5 ^ P; I
• Process payments and complete weekly deposits( Z8 |. s. }" U
• Write and revise business correspondence and forms
+ s% g. o: l9 L8 K9 z• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors: e4 e) a; \+ K
• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre
( C! _9 n' q! g' L8 i- t• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients

) D2 A2 c! s8 p2 g* a N/ p• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure1 }6 ?4 e1 ?$ D: L# @+ D6 f+ y5 C
• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS " A) [& o7 S# }: F( e- ?& O. Z
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
