The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre. ; X n: F( z9 _/ b+ u
4 O; m. _7 z, Q: L% N, WThis is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team.( g3 z* C- U3 ]) [+ h

• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required+ q: _7 C! @9 s9 ]
• Answer multi line telephone system

Administration:
* X/ X: E0 `* h v$ A• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads
8 c. Q2 C% E3 W& `1 e6 z• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits
: Y4 l+ Y& ?: [& \8 M9 | A• Input and manage high volume of data4 n" [2 s& |" J8 B0 W: o
• Update and maintain databases
# ^! }1 u# ^6 d( Y• Generate monthly reports and statistics% _% K+ g, f9 F4 d$ t
• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation' k1 p1 o5 P/ ^* [* b) ?
• Process payments and complete weekly deposits' W# k- m }- L+ z' p- W: D
• Write and revise business correspondence and forms1 N; X( e- O9 I) y. T
• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors# J+ ?/ |$ g. R2 t$ I% @5 o" v
• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre' m* p' w. G3 i& g9 J- w
• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients+ a" M3 ~7 z" u7 n! r) i4 z3 M

6 I: f. b5 p1 X1 t( c5 M [• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure8 s! E( O8 c: K1 b" ]
• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS
6 D @8 A1 w; H6 Z% K1 H1 }2 g• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4 o( w& D+ K. E0 g• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work

• Strong customer service skills
