The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre.

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team.+ f' u' O3 ]5 y7 C1 K

* o' \% \8 I$ _7 e G4 `8 ^• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required7 g4 H6 W; }3 l# I% q
• Answer multi line telephone system8 p2 ]! D, v4 x, t( B* G
4 s$ M# ~- z( F$ o$ W! [: G xAdministration:
. V2 @$ q a/ j$ ]# E• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads5 @+ x7 F9 i0 j
• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits: ^5 j# q2 |& A* ]8 w
• Input and manage high volume of data
& T4 c' o7 h8 ?& h! ]6 [7 T• Update and maintain databases
2 u1 P) y0 F7 r* l• Generate monthly reports and statistics
A/ ?7 L8 G. e/ \• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation
' F* {7 T% n: f+ W( Y• Process payments and complete weekly deposits
! ?2 Q) l' b1 x9 C; D, ?( R# x) }• Write and revise business correspondence and forms2 [/ K% o) }$ g, }+ p3 T ~
• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors

Qualifications:+ p- r, d* u( Y6 ?
. o9 ?7 b D) H, C; w9 @( c
• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure
2 g1 A R: M: H; T4 ~; Q' M- e2 D• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS
; x% S" |$ [) h0 p8 d" H& d# f• Excellent verbal and written communication skills$ U% W. I9 D' j
• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work
8 N+ H4 j1 K: f* K; ~' q• Able to interact positively with a diverse population

• Strong organizational skills and abilities
