Key Responsibilities & Duties:

 Facilitate delivery of safe and supportive drop-in programming, while supervising youth.8 H9 T H/ ~0 ], H4 a* B
 Coordinate food and recreational programs on and off-site.2 ?$ z# C- P% M: r& D
 Provide positive role-modeling and maintaining a healthy atmosphere for the youth.

 Following and implementing all program policies and procedures.- _/ W! o/ }5 J* d' x
 Maintaining confidentiality of client and program personnel information.

 Non-judgemental and empathetic attitude towards high-risk youth." H; i0 w1 e: s( A$ X3 u
 Broad knowledge base on issues affecting high risk youth: latch key, addictions, abuse, Aboriginal and other cultures, poverty, sexuality, etc.
) G! W. g2 y/ H Knowledge of community resources.0 ?# o% G. ]2 n
 Criminal Record Clearance and Child Welfare Information System Clearance.

W1 i Z- p* R7 I' N* `This is a part-time position; 15hrs/week; with a combination of afternoons and one weekend shift per month; at an hourly rate of $12.50;
