Administration officials have long argued that there is no evidence school speed zones reduce the danger for children.% M& ^9 D t1 W7 [
9 m. I1 n! j' F( i5 q- H9 ^# ^"This is simply adding it to our set of solutions," Rick Millican, general manager of transportation, said. "Council is not saying if they approve it, put a school zone everywhere someone wants on.
