Administration officials have long argued that there is no evidence school speed zones reduce the danger for children.0 O& p f4 e. } l# N# r
6 ]; _3 ^/ y6 f1 O# V8 A"This is simply adding it to our set of solutions," Rick Millican, general manager of transportation, said. "Council is not saying if they approve it, put a school zone everywhere someone wants on.
