City council is considering putting 30-kilometre-an-hour zones around some schools, after pressure from parents.

Administration officials have long argued that there is no evidence school speed zones reduce the danger for children.+ d# W% @. O9 d, z% l4 @

The city hasn't used reduced speed limits around schools for more than 20 years.
