City council is considering putting 30-kilometre-an-hour zones around some schools, after pressure from parents.

( x1 h: @' h1 L; L' W" O+ T"This is simply adding it to our set of solutions," Rick Millican, general manager of transportation, said. "Council is not saying if they approve it, put a school zone everywhere someone wants on.

Patricia Grell, with the Woodcroft area school council, says every school and playground should have lower speed limits.
