Administration officials have long argued that there is no evidence school speed zones reduce the danger for children.# O6 K7 J5 b6 }2 b, [8 D- N
+ E4 F! K1 M& I2 K- `" A0 U"This is simply adding it to our set of solutions," Rick Millican, general manager of transportation, said. "Council is not saying if they approve it, put a school zone everywhere someone wants on.
