Administration officials have long argued that there is no evidence school speed zones reduce the danger for children.7 Z& @" c/ [# \7 r x( H
$ E# w) h0 {, d"This is simply adding it to our set of solutions," Rick Millican, general manager of transportation, said. "Council is not saying if they approve it, put a school zone everywhere someone wants on.
