■Manage and conduct a wide variety of geotechnical projects and investigations.
. i N" Z3 o' c$ U- m■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects.
! ?8 K9 m, D7 a, j m, v■Take a lead role in business development and client relationships
w% {) A+ q# Q8 c, _ g7 w/ @Experience and Education:
1 o: @! F/ {$ s) ^% v* _* ^■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable.8 B1 p+ ?( C0 W
■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing.
( n. Q% f3 |" E# M$ k9 h■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset.0 [8 k- C. I; a2 u
■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;" S( _$ N; J: F9 X* |
■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects;
1 D6 j/ `4 x7 k- Y6 x$ q■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices.
