Assists with the creation and implementation of computer software as directed by the project management team (includes leading edge machine learning techniques, robot control, gaming and simulation)5 p) j4 a Y& c, z( j: f
Provides techical support to end-users as directed and is responsible for ensuring end-user usability and satisfaction when required
# v0 ?: ?- H7 W( J! h1 ^Performs other general programiming tasks such as building GUI (graphical user interfaces) front ends, etc. as directed

5 {/ h8 f) R( \' MDiploma in Computing Science; undergraduate degree in Computing Science preferred
: ~! o' A2 A8 R. |: y6 BDemonstrated work experience with Web programming and scripting tools such as PHP and Perl, and mySQL database design and management; knowledge of MatLab, Weka and CVS repository system preferred* R0 t1 i6 l I
Solid knowledge of microcomputer operating systems (Windows XP as well as Unix/Linux); experience in other domains (Bioinformatics, electronic entertainment, ecommerce) an asset; Dynamic programming an asset
" W; B2 _7 q7 g8 OKnowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies preferred

Relevant programming experience using Java, C++, and other programming languages
