sexual harassment.

West was involved in a sex scandal in 2005. He was accused of sexually: @) Q3 g1 x4 d' n. i
abusing two young boys in the 1970s and 1980s when he was a sheriff's deputy
- Y' D P9 {' C4 Pand Boy Scout leader. He was also accused of misusing his office as mayor. E4 \: B ?8 g8 K4 `
to lure teenage boys for sexual relationships. West called the molestation

relationships in the past year through the Gay.com website (see ([3]).

positions after he admitted soliciting prostitute Mike Jones for homosexual
. k% z2 `) v% osex and methamphetamine. Initially Haggard denied even knowing Mike Jones,* t! H5 I J. T" T' k( I
but as a media investigation proceeded he acknowledged that some allegations
/ G' Q, ^3 [8 W, such as his purchase of methamphetamine, were true. He later added "sexual) ?3 }$ X3 g# q+ R4 `
immorality" to his list of confessions.[2]

After the scandal was publicized, Haggard entered three weeks of intensive
