05年至07年短短的三年期间，一向以提倡所谓Family Value，反对堕胎，同性恋，安乐

中发生了多起同性恋丑闻，这些人都有一些共同的特点：共和党，基督徒，在多项社会
议题上持右翼保守立场，自身同性恋但是伪装成异性恋和异性结婚，为了政治目的公开
反对同性恋平等权益，自身却忍受不了喜欢同性恋的天性偷偷找同性解渴，许多人甚至

years, Jim West supported several anti-gay bills, including one that would

He also proposed a law that would ban all sexual activity among persons
under the age of 18 (the bill failed). He would later admit that he
regretted voting for those measures.[1] In 1995, when West was a state

and Boy Scout leader. He was also accused of misusing his office as mayor
: C) L# \( z/ G, |  v% p7 p& s" fto lure teenage boys for sexual relationships. West called the molestation
2 b5 k0 Q% b% a3 qallegations "flat lies". However he admitted to having private online
5 M! ?6 c: i8 ?* b) p9 b' `relationships in the past year through the Gay.com website (see ([3]).

West confirmed the accusations of meeting men over the Internet but denied
+ T+ B# x# `9 W! @/ p, nthe charges that he had sought out minors (see[4]). Using the name "Right-
BiGuy" he allegedly offered internships to young gay men (some of whom were
just graduating from high school - none of whom, however, under the age of

founder and former pastor of the New Life Church in Colorado Springs,
& C' ?8 h1 ]: n- i2 dColorado; a founder of the Association of Life-Giving Churches; and was
leader of the National Association of Evangelicals (NAE) from 2003[1] until
/ ~: V8 f# n$ s* e( x, r9 x" PNovember 2006.

3 B0 Y: s7 G& `  ypositions after he admitted soliciting prostitute Mike Jones for homosexual
sex and methamphetamine. Initially Haggard denied even knowing Mike Jones,
( u) g( H: }& q8 nbut as a media investigation proceeded he acknowledged that some allegations
3 j+ [6 x! i( j, C% H. X' B! A, such as his purchase of methamphetamine, were true. He later added "sexual
5 w! K1 |/ L$ [+ x3 simmorality" to his list of confessions.[2]

9 n* B1 C) r; X. \  w! [After the scandal was publicized, Haggard entered three weeks of intensive
* Z7 U  M- e8 L, j" ycounseling, overseen by four ministers. In February 2007, one of those
ministers, Tim Ralph, said that Haggard "is completely heterosexual."[3]
5 [  w* ?4 z" h" wRalph later said he meant that therapy "gave Ted the tools to help to
) j9 h% `0 {3 n9 Q- ~+ Membrace his heterosexual side."[4] As of early 2009, Haggard continues to
receive counseling, and now he says that he is a “heterosexual with issues.

reached a six figure settlement with the man, who was in his early 20s at
the time.[78] According to the man, he said the contact was "not consensual"
and this is not about "opening new wounds" it's about a much larger issue.[
