中发生了多起同性恋丑闻，这些人都有一些共同的特点：共和党，基督徒，在多项社会
议题上持右翼保守立场，自身同性恋但是伪装成异性恋和异性结婚，为了政治目的公开

senator, he advocated the impeachment of then-Gov. Mike Lowry for alleged
sexual harassment.

West was involved in a sex scandal in 2005. He was accused of sexually
abusing two young boys in the 1970s and 1980s when he was a sheriff's deputy
and Boy Scout leader. He was also accused of misusing his office as mayor
! Z+ Q4 l! t8 ~to lure teenage boys for sexual relationships. West called the molestation
allegations "flat lies". However he admitted to having private online
relationships in the past year through the Gay.com website (see ([3]).

West confirmed the accusations of meeting men over the Internet but denied
- R" J# O  e1 s1 A+ Tthe charges that he had sought out minors (see[4]). Using the name "Right-
. [. O' u. y# s) g6 h; UBiGuy" he allegedly offered internships to young gay men (some of whom were
: @0 d; X3 R4 O* d. ]just graduating from high school - none of whom, however, under the age of
18.

Ted Arthur Haggard (born June 27, 1956) is a former American evangelical
preacher. Known as Pastor Ted to the congregations he served, he is the
: [% ~7 N' }; V- S  Q* y( Dfounder and former pastor of the New Life Church in Colorado Springs,
Colorado; a founder of the Association of Life-Giving Churches; and was
leader of the National Association of Evangelicals (NAE) from 2003[1] until
November 2006.

In November 2006, he resigned or was removed from all of his leadership
1 R# _5 g; n, O8 @, ?positions after he admitted soliciting prostitute Mike Jones for homosexual
+ h" O. O% _( s( {sex and methamphetamine. Initially Haggard denied even knowing Mike Jones,
but as a media investigation proceeded he acknowledged that some allegations
, such as his purchase of methamphetamine, were true. He later added "sexual
4 U' |9 k8 D* b( B4 Y& x$ Aimmorality" to his list of confessions.[2]

9 h, s7 w, @2 h1 `4 p+ cAfter the scandal was publicized, Haggard entered three weeks of intensive
counseling, overseen by four ministers. In February 2007, one of those
9 b* F7 c* {7 J7 D  dministers, Tim Ralph, said that Haggard "is completely heterosexual."[3]
Ralph later said he meant that therapy "gave Ted the tools to help to
embrace his heterosexual side."[4] As of early 2009, Haggard continues to
receive counseling, and now he says that he is a “heterosexual with issues.

On January 23, 2009, officials from Haggard's former church announced that a
young male church member had come forward in 2006 and that there was an "
overwhelming pool of evidence [of an] inappropriate, consensual sexual

wasn't a one-time act."[76] Haggard's successor, Brady Boyd, said the church
9 D; K8 }8 @! r( P+ P# Hreached a six figure settlement with the man, who was in his early 20s at
6 v* R# Y3 y1 u7 B3 athe time.[78] According to the man, he said the contact was "not consensual"
and this is not about "opening new wounds" it's about a much larger issue.[
