' y. T' f( d* ydepend on which bank, every bank has a little different, but at first i suggest you go to the bank that you got the mortgage, maybe it is better for you.

Just heard that last year TD promotes the line of credit, and they waive your application fee. Does it just occasionally happen or I can wait a chance this year too?
