sugar or molasses or honey:4 Tablespoons

Fennel Seed 2 Tablespoons. n! Y' I8 f' E, W1 d0 P) S. c

$ E2 K8 c/ F- A2 e+ I K6 c% N搅拌揉好,用保鲜膜覆盖,室温下18小时-24小时9 N0 l7 _8 \, e. j$ Z, A
取出来折叠成型。放在和烤盆同样大的盆里,覆盖,继续二次发酵2小时。注意:发酵盆里要放cheese cloth 上后撒大量的面粉(因为rye的面团非常粘)

preheat the ovan and the pot 500 华氏; o4 s6 l( K, n
reduce to 380 华氏,and bake with lid on for 60 min% U2 _7 [+ n/ I8 K4 @$ @- w" p5 S
open lid and bake for 10-15min - N- K G* y0 ]. B
Broil for 3 min until the crust turn brown [$ r$ @. u* G" {
测试面包心要91摄氏度以上" G+ \; U# {0 {0 i7 }

吃的时候切片, 简单吃法就是用toaster 烤焦一点,抹黄油吃, 复杂的吃法很多,随意。 |
