wholewheat starter: 1/3cup( H h- E% ] Z. V
sugar or molasses or honey:4 Tablespoons2 T1 _) }* ~* ~3 K3 o1 |1 w
salt:3,1/2 teaspoons

Wholewheat flour: 4 cups

取出来折叠成型。放在和烤盆同样大的盆里,覆盖,继续二次发酵2小时。注意:发酵盆里要放cheese cloth 上后撒大量的面粉(因为rye的面团非常粘), i ]" ^6 U6 M1 [" {" p, N1 A
- b( z3 f* M+ m" z' v' W; C0 H* ?preheat the ovan and the pot 500 华氏& Y a' h. J9 T& y' `2 o+ g
reduce to 380 华氏,and bake with lid on for 60 min
5 \, T# t4 Y. {* i0 v6 P% d. Lopen lid and bake for 10-15min
0 }2 ?; O0 v4 |: ]- r$ J4 F- VBroil for 3 min until the crust turn brown
