Shell Canada has confirmed to Mix News that a death has occurred at the Shell Albian Sands Jackpine oil sands mine 75 kilometres north of Fort McMurray. ! z) ]; I- U6 K* r3 t- X2 ] D7 d* \0 Q: A
Emergency crews responded to the scene at around 7:15 am, and the individual was transported to the Northern Lights Regional Health Centre where they were pronounced dead.; I" A$ g; J1 L/ S
