(4) For multi-conductor cable, the insulated neutral conductor shall be permitted to be permanently marked! l g; L" ~" ~
as the identified conductor by painting or other suitable means at every point where the separate# c! N8 J9 O9 v/ H1 C& p! H8 o
conductors have been rendered accessible and visible by removal of the outer covering of the cable, and. c5 D2 p4 }4 S7 H
the painting or other suitable means of marking the identified conductor shall not be permitted to render! ]8 p% o7 O( z: P( e* R0 K" K
