Wages: $16.00 per hour, 40 hrs weekly, rotational shifts including evenings and weekends

-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
; k' B* N9 y4 y-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
) [+ N3 x  e: Y- B2 v-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
: m- X2 v! ]7 a2 w2 a2 [1 Z% a- b4 ?# i-        Sell merchandise to customers
-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:

-        Completion of secondary school is required
-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
