Wages: $16.00 per hour, 40 hrs weekly, rotational shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Description/Main Duties:
  [! T1 ^: p. b% [& ]& p- a-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
% Y( o# A, O, ]# L-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
& n+ i3 l0 Q5 ]2 ]* z-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
1 S9 R0 k& ?0 R-        Sell merchandise to customers
6 P! B6 P: E- O; w5 j$ J2 y-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
, L5 W$ A7 t$ g-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
; }5 s1 N' r6 H! n" `& _# v-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:

-        Completion of secondary school is required
! n/ ], g4 |( r2 n9 S. @6 A-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset

-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
