Wages: $16.00 per hour, 40 hrs weekly, rotational shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Description/Main Duties:
2 Y/ [2 }7 L2 h0 s$ I, i-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
. E% d  b/ r- z, \: L-        Sell merchandise to customers
" i! c& O7 y  ~* p1 y+ E! e-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
  S8 S7 m: u. y  m) q-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:
% T+ k! N6 H) \: Q
-        Completion of secondary school is required
-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
8 m. l, Y2 U" X: q' |-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
