以前工作的工种在29类里面吗？现在在读phd不能用加拿大的TA，RA申请了。

如上所说 “工作的工种在29类里面“的话，1年～1年半就可以了，否则的话就得毕业后才能办。TA/RA都不管用了。

TA/RA肯定是不能用来申请FSW了
) a. f1 w& D% a
申请CEC比较模糊。因为TA/RA属于OAB类，但官方说明是只承认毕业后的工作经验，所以国内本科或硕士毕业来这边读硕读博的不能申请CEC，而这边本科毕业读研的理论上就可以。不过CEC刚出台的时候很多国内毕业的人也用TA/RA申请成功了。

不清楚现在的情形如何。印象中去年CIC某官员出面澄清在校工作经验一律不算，实在想申的话最好提前跟CIC确认。
