Sorry I can not type Chinese now

+ T- @" t1 z* U) }/ r* mJust find out that Italkbb charged more for this month.  I called the service phone 1-877-482-5503 and was told from now they are going to charge 11.5% tax even if we are in Alberta.

! V7 q4 c2 y' `+ M3 j5 I- y' ?I remember we had the same issue about 1 year ago.  After lots of complaining, Italkbb changed it back to 5% tax.  But now they want to charge 11.5% again.  Please check out your bill this month.

如果合法，为什么上次大家complain 后把钱退给我们了

提醒，看了楼主的帖子才赶快看账单，果然是涨价了。
7 @: ]* A1 v# D( ]6 x% W1 ?当即打电话，说是除了5%税之外还有*—……%￥费，说得快的只听清最后一个是什么转号费。complain之后说要给领导反应一下，看能否豁免。几分钟之后回电说合约期内可以还按照原先的收费。但“系统”还是按新收费标准，需要我每隔一段时间给他们去电话，然后再从账单中扣除。
严重质疑这种行为是否合法。不知道大家斗争的结果如何？

刚才也打了电话给他们，答应把多余的收费取消了，BTW，italkbb好贱！
