Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Position Summary
Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

3 i" B$ F$ W( n1 l% q8 }; L7 F, }To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

- V+ l2 S- v- n1 r6 W/ Z+ bMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
1 Y- U2 w7 ^: U: B/ b7 _# [Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
School)
Must have supervisory experience
& i- U: r/ {/ z* Z' LMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
8 b5 `) e/ I# R# I# S0 Q- NMust be computer literate
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
9 x3 _* N3 T/ M1 @- v6 Q3 MMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
+ r. A7 h1 ^/ p- P6 O9 gMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
establish team.
