Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. + n9 U+ r! \6 \7 j" t7 KUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
9 J0 P, ~. U3 P9 z4 Kplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
: @  t7 r6 B( N3 \5 T8 y/ ~% AMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
) a( n( L  r8 O9 f: `6 N
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
4 r! T6 K# |5 Y% fMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
' U1 t, c9 V: H! ?$ ySchool)
/ a% |* [& j# J% r6 XMust have supervisory experience
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
- V+ O% S; B! T9 ZMust be computer literate
8 y* m- @1 [- ?) R3 p: ~& @; D+ \Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
) t- L  b7 H2 \" d* S' vMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
- u! O# s4 a) [( a* O) w2 ]" eestablish team.
