Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
* `: }7 R( B1 x7 D: w, |; ?player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal8 P9 g, C4 r) t; s
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).' n9 K2 G9 L% Q( f6 A- T" ?
: S) e$ N+ m; ]- O! T ^To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
$ h8 @( I+ X& g+ _0 pMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
+ ` o) d! p& E6 }2 BMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s1 ^5 y7 ~4 U0 t- i2 k9 V8 {
School)( |# d+ B5 A/ P7 \% {' S
Must have supervisory experience
3 k# H7 }3 k+ p" CMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
5 f/ r Y+ E7 _! }) t8 @1 b2 ^8 KMust be computer literate* `3 G5 [6 J9 t* D" z/ f+ L" q
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
' q4 X B' M8 _$ MMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
! e! x O* O3 } Y: v6 yMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
