Anyone has an experience to use towing service to tow a vehicle which is parking at a private parking stall for a few days?

打电话：780-423-4567，说明情况，车牌号。city会来人，并跟你面谈，记下车牌号。然后询问你的意见：1，把车拖走；2，给车主ticket。这两种你可以任选其一，都不需要你负担任何费用。如果选择拖车，他们会就近选择与之合作的拖车公司，一半半个小时内拖走。然后，他们会让你在单子上签字，并留给你一联，要求你保留半年，用于未来可能的追溯。

I have already made the call to city and they 给车主ticket。but the truck is still there today. so frustrated, I will call a towing service when I get home after work

有些人就是喜欢乱停车，明明旁边很大的牌子写着visitor parking还非要停人家private的，你说有急事儿停一会儿我们也能理解，对于那些顽固不化的，坚决拖！！

Here is a string about this issue, I think I'd better write it down and let people who have the same situation (hopefully not happens to many of us) know better.

This is a business truck. (According to the police officer over the tele-conversation)
Monday Morning, I drove my car to work and back home , my parking stall has been taken by this guy, so I put a note on his windshield.
next morning, it was still there and the note was still on.
so I got home Tuesday night, this guy was still there with note on it. so I reported city bylaw, officer showed up at 7pm, and asked what kind of fine I want to give, Warning, ticket or towing away. I asked him what normally will be the case, he said maybe just a ticket, that is what I am thinking, (I am maybe too nice.) so provide my photo ID information, officer wrote it down and verified few questions, like, if I will attend court as a witness if required. if you have valid authority at this location, (something like you can prove you either own or rent this stall) etc. signed off the form and keep one copy. he did the following.

This morning, this guy was still there with the ticket on!

this really sucks!!!

so first thing in the morning, I decided to call towing services to do the right thing!
