! M+ |  h# s, o3 ?6 YThis position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

) v; ^% J* P& ^8 tDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
0 ~* |7 o5 F0 }3 ?8 R•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

8 X3 n) q) A$ J3 k8 G' DSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
, ^+ k5 c2 x# {( S) _$ J5 G•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
! X0 w; L( C; Y/ }. \( f•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
+ e" {8 {5 b$ C$ E•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
•        Proficiency in use of the English language.
•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
•        Ability to effectively multitask and work under pressure.
•        Willingness to maintain proficiency by embracing new technologies.
•        High attention to detail.
