19(1) A person shall not give driver training for consideration unless the person

8 L6 `9 b9 b5 g, @& D3 Y# [ (a) holds a subsisting instructor’s licence, and0 D3 b! r' G/ ?! E
8 M& F- \" u. ^9 G- Z (b) is employed by a driver training school.( a# G$ Q4 K& r2 a& V
- `1 X& l8 j4 L(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to

(a) a teacher employed by a board under the School Act who is giving classroom training only while in the course of that employment, or
