6 w4 P4 a* n3 u根据Driver Training and Driver Examination Regulation, Alta Reg 316/2002:

Licence required

+ \  b0 {0 E; u& V9 p5 ?19(1)  A person shall not give driver training for consideration unless the person
% [' n: P' t) F$ @% i3 q
                                 (a)    holds a subsisting instructor’s licence, and
; {' r& ~5 B. f% P5 o
                                 (b)    is employed by a driver training school.

5 w6 n- F; r7 m( U7 F(2)  Subsection (1) does not apply to

                                 (a)    a teacher employed by a board under the School Act who is giving classroom training only while in the course of that employment, or
- d+ X# d  ]8 M3 t" c  p2 d( h
$ m1 O" y( j* f/ O  u                                 (b)    an instructor employed or engaged to give driver training to the employees or prospective employees of the person who employs or engages the instructor.

Offences

59   A person who contravenes or fails to comply with any of the following is guilty of an offence:
