Licence required

( Q- r3 N9 h% m9 F+ X19(1) A person shall not give driver training for consideration unless the person

& V4 U( s9 z: U. d (a) holds a subsisting instructor’s licence, and- w) ~6 }+ P3 q6 @/ M# @7 E
* v9 `1 e. r: C! d( c (b) is employed by a driver training school./ o! g$ k: b0 x+ t/ d/ l; |
- t! ]( M1 ~0 J+ w1 p! [4 O(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to

(b) an instructor employed or engaged to give driver training to the employees or prospective employees of the person who employs or engages the instructor.
