19(1) A person shall not give driver training for consideration unless the person

- P# v( M% t: ^" y5 @ (a) holds a subsisting instructor’s licence, and

1 S- {: k! C/ ]" Q (b) is employed by a driver training school.

" k4 x; M; b6 T. u(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to 7 f% R! O9 W& u1 M

(a) a teacher employed by a board under the School Act who is giving classroom training only while in the course of that employment, or$ o3 |0 ?3 \4 E) ^- B9 a/ v
7 c( ~8 U' J- f (b) an instructor employed or engaged to give driver training to the employees or prospective employees of the person who employs or engages the instructor.
