. W3 y/ A3 W, Y' s  [# YPlease hold on until further notice.  All we can tell you is that there’s a big teddy bear on a bench in front of the building (east side) and that they’ve called the bomb squad to investigate.  As soon as we know something further, we’ll let you know.
