Duties & Responsibilities:
$ v/ |# u7 ]2 T- @% N§ Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
5 @! r. j- ^! }4 x) f& R§ Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
0 ?9 Z0 @1 v# b) b: Y' u( ~§ Assist Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
§ Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis
, N* [: _0 ]% i: i3 }7 N
Preferred Education & Qualifications:
§ High School Diploma
* j, H2 ]6 G- i- E§ Valid Drivers License
3 s9 `2 A' z! i; J# a§ 2 years of applicable experience in a similar role
§ Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge
§ Exceptional customer service and communication skills
1 e# `. D! s2 r, D5 p§ Ability to use computers
§ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
