: h, F1 _+ H7 `  Z1 P1 d§ Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
0 X) `# F/ P5 a2 g0 J7 j§ Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
, }8 R5 J2 e* @§ Assist Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
* d' Q8 q& Z+ m- ]3 ^+ X' z$ k* g5 d§ Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis
# R5 D8 C5 q7 t2 E# E; K
Preferred Education & Qualifications:
§ High School Diploma
§ Valid Drivers License
# }4 y+ K9 d, U0 h6 l: r" _§ 2 years of applicable experience in a similar role
0 B0 F6 x/ P4 |" u' ^0 S5 p3 ~§ Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge
4 Y/ k/ ?: N' B§ Exceptional customer service and communication skills
& X2 G. n. e) Q4 Y9 e: R§ Ability to use computers
§ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
