Duties & Responsibilities:
$ v/ |# u7 ]2 T- @% N§ Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
5 @! r. j- ^! }4 x) f& R§ Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
0 ?9 Z0 @1 v# b) b: Y' u( ~§ Assist Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays 2 D' x8 c% ? D: E/ L: o
§ Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis
, N* [: _0 ]% i: i3 }7 N, \( n6 A7 C5 H3 r1 g. V6 S& B6 L
Preferred Education & Qualifications: # D5 ]# M& G, A9 U8 n5 l9 V" z+ R
§ High School Diploma
* j, H2 ]6 G- i- E§ Valid Drivers License
3 s9 `2 A' z! i; J# a§ 2 years of applicable experience in a similar role : B! c. }0 w: z0 i) i+ y3 \/ C
§ Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge + Z ]0 ~9 }0 ?3 p/ g
§ Exceptional customer service and communication skills

§ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment ) @3 Y2 f& n9 l% A( V9 _$ a# ?% L
