+ ~* f' J' ?9 c4 T& T' Y/ p“今年本地房市与我们在一月份发布的预测十分吻合”，埃德蒙顿房地产经纪协会主席Chris Mooney表示：“对比历史上的五月，房屋从上市到售出所需的时间是50天，是最近4年第二低点；挂牌销售比为53%，第二高点。各项数据显示，目前市场较为乐观。”+ p2 `! A. }0 n1 J4 D1 h; g0 ~
