        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

9 G; Y% z  b* a2 D: e) S3 bResponsibilities
•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
* _# C! v7 c' b9 \  C3 p0 f•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
6 m1 H# {! Q4 e•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

Preferred Qualifications
•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
7 S" `7 e. y' {2 f8 A" {9 w•        Experience in project management & report writing
•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
