5 d+ s+ O/ w2 o9 ^3 ^! x        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

( E$ }: Q  p. o! h4 zResponsibilities
4 w  c' |+ K+ F! A9 b; k2 {•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
0 J* ~: [* A: s•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

$ e" T4 J$ z* H& |0 ^4 T+ H$ CPreferred Qualifications
0 G+ M& C2 }$ ~+ J7 l( E' {9 V' N•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
" i  T& b6 l# e) O•        Experience in project management & report writing
•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
