Position Summary:
# c P8 K n( u' I0 c3 G4 f9 K# t This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

) D! _7 _, _- Q+ y5 Y, B" Y( `2 b8 pResponsibilities- g7 C7 _$ G3 A; s% i
• Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
0 o7 W: {" ~9 c8 ~: ]. x" v! q% h• Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
9 {+ A9 s7 ~" `! j6 s4 G• Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
; d2 x; x) v9 s8 Z& O* C• Coordinate program evaluation and report writing
9 H# ~- j* q1 w; C' K0 G6 {9 l( c( ?3 y' i, k1 n$ a
Preferred Qualifications
9 v* I4 N3 a/ t$ G# D• Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field' Q, m# Q# R1 M. ]7 }9 ]5 j' N8 Z
• Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse & j" o% v7 s' \1 ~: g. ]% r- E: X, j$ c$ A
• Experience in project management & report writing
& f8 e1 q7 e. q& Q• Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable( J5 }7 T0 o3 ?$ _4 _6 d5 G& h8 _
