Position Summary:
  Z6 q6 V& J  j5 G        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

Responsibilities
' V! {" F% m) a( z1 p# B" g+ ]* M•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
6 O% R* g/ ^9 s4 v3 j4 H! q) P•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
+ }9 z$ }3 k  I+ m, @" y. `•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

Preferred Qualifications
•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
•        Experience in project management & report writing
•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
