Position Summary:
! n3 I2 d* [1 v! V$ v+ i* m        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

- \, @1 f$ Q% n% e( S% `Responsibilities
•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
0 a+ `) w* _# R2 h( t, }! J•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
2 \! R5 `8 ^! d: e4 E2 A•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

Preferred Qualifications
5 w# y- B) u3 a3 Y5 F; j* ?•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
# j) z4 E" A3 w( t, w•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
•        Experience in project management & report writing
•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
