8 m7 ?# U' s, j0 w入职时小蜜给我一份CPT1表格填写。"Aplication to Canada Revenue Agency for CPP/EI Exemption". 请问这个表格是申请什么的？是申请不缴CPP/EI吗, 还是其他意思？
