正在申请工签的毕业生 employer不会要？是吗？

刚刚毕业 正在申请post graduation three-year work permit，在找专业工作，听同学说这个阶段employer都不会要我们 因为我们没有真正的工签 要等得到后才行 是吗？？？

Not true. You will be hired as long as you are qualified for the position. The HR will ask if you are eligible to work in Canada, and you just let them know that you are. However, you do have to make sure that you get your PGWP before the work starting date. At least that's the case for me and my bf.
