The Position
4 p9 f+ H* S7 [, ^The Jerry Forbes Centre for Community Spirit: A Capital Campaign for 630 CHED Santas Anonymous, is looking for a
skilled and professional office administrator to join our capital campaign team.
Duties and responsibilities
0 T6 O% _7 n1 a6 sGeneral
• Handles communication by telephone, fax and email
• Is responsible for photocopying and all filing
5 r. @( N# ?5 F- r% b• Records minutes of meetings when requested by the project leader and manager of marketing and fund
development, distributes and files same
) X" Q$ F, _4 M, C0 G# i& U• Participates in maintaining a binder of current administrative procedures
• Archives files
9 |4 w) @8 \. k. d• Assists in the production of Thank you letters and tax receipts
• Updates donor database and compiles weekly volunteer and other reports
! K* x) O0 h& s9 V) W, W+ h8 A1 k• Appointment and meeting scheduling
2 a0 f0 `0 H/ f• Assist in planning and preparing for special events
• All other tasks required for the smooth and efficient running of the office

• Accounts payable complete to checks
+ |; D% [9 D2 @; j( k; u$ D• Creates Bank deposits and takes deposit to the bank
• Creates and distributes monthly financial reports
Qualifications
• Skilled use of MS office products including database systems, spreadsheets, word processing and Power Point
' p' K5 C% ^; K7 R• Knowledge of other software products such as financial systems (Simply Accounting) and donor management
, G: g. t$ l1 zsoftware (Income Manager)
• Ability to flex time as required
• Clear criminal record check
• Requires personal vehicle
Hours of Work
• Part time – 24 hours per week.

Community Spirit: a 70,000 square foot multi-tenant, non-profit centre and volunteer workshop.

Once constructed, the Jerry Forbes Centre for Community Spirit will become a small, working village of charitable
organizations sharing resources and talents for enhanced program delivery. It will provide affordable and dynamic office
