Position:        Youth Leader
$ t: ^0 V" l0 c: C4 lDuration of Commitment:Summer T.A.N.G. Youth Program
Camp 1 – July 04 – July 14
Camp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)
* e, d+ O, V) W. ?0 X& hTime:0915 to 1600(Regular Program Time)
*might work in other time in some specific days

Duties:
0 ~% L$ H: o: M3 ]+ ^. {6 cTo assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:
. E  k; N, V, f. K9 X2 ~
 Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
( r4 k  L" E/ d" y5 n Take attendance if available
 Provide positive modelling to youth
 Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
2 u5 |$ P2 a7 V; W! ^, `% \ Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
( E( k; k% [0 g4 ?! N Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
 Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
$ W; ^6 q2 b) k- R+ h5 }8 D& i Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
 Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
 Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
 Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training

5 Y( `/ r$ p2 M/ }7 r: H2 W Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

) d1 G0 h& d1 \4 O/ y Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
2 y+ B  ?7 e8 y1 n' x A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
2 g0 ]$ G1 }2 ?  o Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
# y& ?6 G9 y# d+ P Able to work independently with minimum supervision
6 P, D$ l# E% N! C  q Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
 Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
