Duration of Commitment:Summer T.A.N.G. Youth Program
$ r( x6 S" k: _  n' R4 rCamp 1 – July 04 – July 14
Camp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)
Time:0915 to 1600(Regular Program Time)
*might work in other time in some specific days

Duties:
To assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:

 Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
- V. y$ u- p/ ~3 K( k. z9 A$ h5 L Take attendance if available
( q' e) f; q# g0 j Provide positive modelling to youth
* i2 k4 U- }$ ] Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
 Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
 Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
. F% {; A% }+ e' k2 Q Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
 Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
& Y0 ?& G9 K) ? Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
 Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
3 E% y  _: E  z# u9 o4 g6 [ Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
4 f( K/ o1 o9 ^+ X& f7 Z Assist in program planning/design
 Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

3 R7 i9 b. e1 i( }1 q1 x' u Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
 Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
6 Y3 f5 O8 l, j& B" W$ _' Q+ l A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
, T, ~4 p6 W/ S+ X' U8 W, l" u Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
 Able to work independently with minimum supervision
 Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
' G6 l8 d$ ~( A Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
  x' A% P1 Q! u- c8 Z+ q0 ?% Z Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
