可能是因为大家都在求租的关系

( G% L7 d9 s- J2 s7 Z3 ]但是找个相对理想的房子真的不大容易啊。。
不是太贵就是很不理想
* F" h3 E& g$ V. R再要么就是自己的条件不符合。。。

acutally same story for the landlord. Not easy to find a good tenant: reasonable clean and always pay on time.
