Only if you know how-to, then all those papers will be good tools for you to check. ! L& x- }3 }) e& [Even all papers are properly checked to ensure no errors, things could still go wrong anytime during construction. My previous experience was: when one house of mine was being built, I went out to check the measurement of the foundation perimeter, I was startled to find one section of it was poured outside the building pocket. For ease of mind, you may want to hire a 3rd party engineer to do the job if you have too much worries.

With the help of professionals, the builder would be more willing to listen and deal with the issues. If you are not that knowledgeable, they may talk you out about that.
