请教护照照片问题

想申请公民，移民局对照片有要求，所以想知道：
' l" p; \3 w$ w1 C$ O- @9 `. w1. 可否自己拿近期（6个月内的）照的证件照去冲洗成为规定的尺寸？会不会被退档啊？
+ O6 T0 h  {) n  l* ?2. 还是必须去照相馆照成规定的尺寸的照片？
