The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
- R. B& ?: D: Z5 k( g% {person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining

· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
& ]9 c1 k# z: ~ Z% ` i/ A! {7 ?· Verify pricing and availability of product;- k% u4 b. ?, _* K, V: M1 y
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;8 |# s% i4 h" R) |' V' j/ A x
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
: V; A$ v. E, ]& a· Collect payments for cash account orders;
7 L$ I4 H7 u. F5 T· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
! q. A$ I7 s* Q* V+ Q9 w· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
( g( @7 q3 z7 N5 L& C+ `, j· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate

· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;

Qualifications/Requirements:
A3 l2 W4 e7 K( Z+ c2 p) B/ o· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
7 F9 V" z4 J) R, ilasting relationships with customers;" b- ~& }5 E" g5 L
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;3 [' m- w1 T! `7 _
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; D2 f. n8 T1 W1 t
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;+ a4 o5 i+ T) Z, D
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);% k0 J7 q* T' r* L
· Excellent organizational skills;
