Role/Function:
( s# G( z+ M& j; N% u, Q+ sThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
1 i$ r0 j; F U6 l2 Rperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining

! L# |( c Y* d+ ]: q· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;7 X/ K& P8 O% O4 N: S
· Verify pricing and availability of product;
3 [0 X) a) l6 d, ?· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
. { m$ v: z, k4 A0 z# e7 P· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
+ ^# y3 t7 L( A0 B3 O, q· Collect payments for cash account orders;
) n# r& O* g- n' o# R, L4 w2 C· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
7 n! v4 p* R2 J· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
7 U- F9 |; @/ F/ [! A; X· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate: v& v6 j! T# t8 x, b5 z
database;$ r0 Z6 [9 m9 _6 M2 {
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
- f* |! v; s/ ~2 c· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
3 y6 c+ N& G Z% S k# T· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;% w' h7 G, s! i! [$ r6 E% `& N9 H" ]
Qualifications/Requirements:8 \* }8 ?2 \# ?6 }
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain% {' I0 r% t3 ~* S$ u
lasting relationships with customers;
; B3 e D4 P7 Y% h J· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
- N7 R0 z, _1 s" [· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;3 u$ w( i; |8 l' u- _8 w& k& d* z
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;* `/ P6 m- I# |& K$ @# n
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);. H; W) J8 X; x4 ?: P
