The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
- {( O+ a- m/ C& fperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining

Responsibilities:4 h" K+ X- I* p, o6 k2 r
· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
5 x4 Q c( m5 N: A# O7 m, |· Verify pricing and availability of product;
3 |; T2 L7 v1 c; }9 m· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;- j/ y: O9 i( A" g. p. t
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;. W3 ]2 ?" O3 O% \8 ^/ R
· Collect payments for cash account orders;$ p$ l l* `" w2 \5 \
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
% Q0 t3 q- C4 \' f4 C A· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
5 q5 Y. v) f( Y# A8 _· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate

· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;) n; \! s# `! g3 G' \0 m4 G
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;

· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain

· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;6 }( k' }8 }& T3 F: f
