The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in- O# A+ q2 _! f9 N$ i' j
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining

· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
. s8 n- l0 m9 \% U; ~5 u( x- r' @' Y% u· Verify pricing and availability of product;$ U( D% u6 y) c8 W# g" i- p
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
; W: B h8 T3 W+ {3 x( Z· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
" U3 e) z. B4 m" o) ], ?4 N. Y· Collect payments for cash account orders;
( q/ n3 `& o) j, c9 l* t· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
4 v- o# [. v3 R' J q4 [+ h1 p· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
- e. U* }6 }# w· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate: L V6 L& v4 A/ F
database;
, @% x* x) C! C" p· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;" j- p/ b% a, w2 o( ?; _
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;, Y. n; T8 Q* g- O( O- i" p
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;8 ^: g) I J. R! S7 ?- `
Qualifications/Requirements:. U8 j/ V: l) R- k1 J
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
% ~. \% r) }# d2 E! A2 Xlasting relationships with customers;
6 \1 ]1 d+ c% N I· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
, _( _% T/ o# i: H. p· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
1 ?/ r! x- r; _: W· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
4 ]8 y/ d* j' y9 k3 d' Q# {2 O· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);8 r7 J( F! ]9 H: u) R
