The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in4 n9 u2 y- m8 g3 e$ }5 M
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining

0 Q% p+ X ~$ B; D· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;: J/ S7 h9 D2 z0 i4 u$ I
· Verify pricing and availability of product;
3 t3 Q% E9 O8 l2 V( F· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
$ ^9 P! y# |0 L) Y" F: y· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;8 W# e2 {; C7 O6 |$ k/ @
· Collect payments for cash account orders;
& u; g1 z: n2 M) h+ {$ ]· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
. _( u3 T2 U+ Z5 a# y/ E2 G9 @# W· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
6 n+ X m, k: c# p) Y: i· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate% h' t$ p' q) M0 n, ]
database;
" R/ }! j4 m5 r) G. G, j5 u+ r: @$ w· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;+ D- ?8 L& ?. J/ B/ r" h
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
! f8 s+ |' {$ V, u5 O· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;3 L V; r/ c: j
Qualifications/Requirements:
: u+ `0 U7 f; g7 _· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
, m; s! S' f9 O+ C9 j6 Flasting relationships with customers;
) l: U0 p( K0 r, y· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;7 G, p* P$ q4 V# B, Z R; B
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;4 ^8 n8 y4 |4 |
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;5 Z2 X' {- j) M2 `0 \/ @# F
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
