上星期看了 Sterling Home 在 Rutherford 盖的新房, 1800尺,$340000. 决定买下,今晚去签约被告知价格已是$3750000。 不到一星期涨价35000刀。说是不买还要涨。我只好让先 Hold the price for a few days. 真不知 该不该买。其它区是否要好些。
